The RTI Online Portal is an initiative by the Government of India, enabling Indian citizens to file RTI applications and first appeals electronically to central government ministries and departments, promoting transparency and accountability in public administration.

The Second Appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is the remedy available to applicants when the First Appellate Authority’s decision is unsatisfactory or no decision is made within the prescribed time.
